The vibration absorber (also known as Dynamic Absorber) rigidly mounts to the HVT12G beam (sold separately). It consists of a spring steel strip, which is gripped at its centre by a beam clamp which fixes it to the beam and creates a dual cantilever.
Weights are attached on each cantilever, and through the use of the LVDT transducer of the HAC90, the system is tuned to offset the resonance frequency of its parent system.
